Antois Waldeck – Junior IT support Specialist
Antois is a Junior Support Specialist who performs 1st line application support and systems testing of new developments. She also assists the senior developers with various tasks to get hands-on experience with SQL, SSRS, CRM, or anything else that comes her way.
Previously Antois worked at Platinum Group as an IT HelpDesk Administrator where her passion for IT started. She did 1st line support for Pastel Evolution and then joined Old Mutual in 2013 where she assisted with Admin and Reports in the IT Distribution Support Department.
@Antois: I enjoy helping out, and working with and learning from a strong team of senior developers. I assist where I can, and learn on the job, Everyday is full of challenges and learning’s and I’m loving it.
Spending time with her son is of utmost important to her, she’s also into speed, cars and bikes and once in a while will join a festival where she will get that satisfaction of seeing these cars or bikes on the run, and lastly, spending some quality time with old friends, catching up and having a braai.
